Canon Castrophe

Everyone is talking about the the new Canon EOS 1D Mark IV.
Which makes sense, it's the latest and greatest Canon out there.
With it being such, they will be shipping them out everywhere...
Hmm, I wonder what would happen if any were damaged in shipping, even just slightly.
Maybe they'd sell that batch at a discount price, or refurbish them and use them as store models.
Or maybe...

This is terrible, why would they just not refurbish it and see it at a lower cost.
